group

PAB
students
during
a
class
on
understanding
client
needs.
After
watching
Jacob’s
heart-warming
story
explaining
his
movement
‘Love
for
the
Elderly’,
whereby
he
receives
and
distributes
letters
of
friendship
to
elderly
people
throughout
the
USA,
the
students
unanimously
decided
to
write
their
own
letters.
