CERAC

The Lester B. Pearson School Board (LBPSB) has been recognized by the Ministry of Education, as a Centre of Expertise for the Recognition of Acquired Competencies (CERAC). Thanks to its exemplary practices helping individuals get recognized for their prior learning (RAC), LBPSB has been mandated to support the nine English school boards and the Cree and Kativik School Board on matters pertaining to RAC.

We support the other school boards by offering in-person trainings, online trainings and a structured development process. The process entails meeting a school baord's RAC team and developing with it an action plan that helps it put key components in place to build capacity to offer RAC.

Please contact Mr. Charbel Mourad by clicking the button below should you have any questions on how we can help you get recognized for your prior learning or support your school board in offering RAC to individuals.
